Current Announcements

Office Hours:   The MS office hours are from 7:00am - 3:30pm

STEP (Homework Club)
after school will be canceled on May 2 & 3 next week due to testing. 

The last week of STEP
for the 2018 school year will be May 16 & 17. There will be no STEP the week before or after Memorial Day.  

Breakfast
will be served from 7:15am - 7:45am in the Middle School cafeteria starting April 30th.  There will be one hot item per day plus other breakfast items available.  The cost will be listed on the menu posted on the website.

All rising 9th – 12th Grade female soccer players interested in participating in High School Soccer for the 2018 Fall Season should attend an informational meeting on Monday, April 30th at 7:00 pm.   The meeting will be held in the athletic MP room.   Players and parents should attend this meeting.   Rising senior players will meet new families in the high school lobby to direct players to the new facility.   Contact Coach Dunlap if you have any questions.

Please read the testing schedule above and if possible, try not to schedule appointments for your child during those days. All testing will be done from 8:00-12:00.

Yearbook Sales:  No more online sales - Yearbooks are now available ONLY through the front office.  We have a limited supply and once they are sold out, they are gone! Yearbooks are $35.  Checks must be made out to Indian Hill Middle School. Not sure if you ordered one? Email nicole.zistler@indianhillschools.org to check. We only have 30 yearbooks left! 

Parents - Please Read:
If a student is absent for an hour, day or week, please send a note to the office in the morning so that the student will be ready when you arrive. The office will distribute the appropriate pass.

If a student plans on riding home on a different bus with a friend, please fill out the short term transportation form online, sign and bring to the office in the morning.  A pass will be issued to the student.  Without this pass, the student will not be able to board the bus.  

If a student will be tardy due to a Doctor or any type of appointment, please call the attendance line (272-4700). It is available 24/7 for calls.

All item(s) brought to the school should be taken to the cafeteria and placed on the appropriate grade table. We do not call a student out of class.


Middle School Clubs:  

STEP/Homework Club:  Every Wednesday and Thursday.  It will be held in the Media Center 2:45 - 3:45.  If you cannot arrange for transportation, a late bus will 
be available for students attending STEP but they must attend for the entire hour.

 -  Meet on Thursdays  -  2:50-3:35pm in Room 227

Makerspaces  -  Meet on Thursdays  -  2:50-3:30pm in Back Half of Media Center

Mathcounts  -  Meet on Tuesdays  -  2:45-3:30 in Room 224
 
Power of the Pen - Meet on Wednesdays  - 2:55-3:45pm  in Room 117
Semester 2 - 6th, 7th & 8th Grades

Yearbook Club  -  Meet - 2:45-3:35 in Room 100

Equestrian Club  -  Meet every other Wednesday (starting 2/7) from 2:45-3:50 in the back of the media center    Do you love horses?  Would you like to get together with other students that like horses and learn more about them?  Contact Mrs. Daus or Dot Daus with any questions.
