Office Hours:   The MS office hours are from 7:00am - 3:30pm

For Pre-Packaged School Supplies from the PTO, go to the IHMS website and scroll down from Community to Indian Hill PTO and follow instructions.  Deadline is May 30th.  For anyone not purchasing supplies on line, the lists are attached below.

Breakfast will be served from 7:15am - 7:45am in the Middle School cafeteria   There will be one hot item per day plus other breakfast items available.  Please see the attached menu.    IHMS breakfast.pdf

Help us create a memorable celebration for our 8th graders!  Please deliver donated items to the Middle School Office (labelled for 8th grade celebration). Yearbook Sales: 
 No more online sales - Yearbooks are now available ONLY through the front office.  We have a limited supply and once they are sold out, they are gone! Yearbooks are $35.  Checks must be made out to Indian Hill Middle School. Not sure if you ordered one? Email nicole.zistler@indianhillschools.org to check. We only have 15 yearbooks left! 

Parents - Please Read:
If a student is absent for an hour, day or week, please send a note to the office in the morning so that the student will be ready when you arrive. The office will distribute the appropriate pass.

If a student plans on riding home on a different bus with a friend, please fill out the short term transportation form online, sign and bring to the office in the morning.  A pass will be issued to the student.  Without this pass, the student will not be able to board the bus.  

If a student will be tardy due to a Doctor or any type of appointment, please call the attendance line (272-4700). It is available 24/7 for calls.

All item(s) brought to the school should be taken to the cafeteria and placed on the appropriate grade table. We do not call a student out of class.

Middle School Clubs:  

STEP/Homework Club:  Has ended.  No more late afternoon bus at 3:45PM.

 -  Meet on Thursdays  -  2:50-3:35pm in Room 227

Makerspaces  -  Meet on Thursdays  -  2:50-3:30pm in Back Half of Media Center

Mathcounts  -  Meet on Tuesdays  -  2:45-3:30 in Room 224
Power of the Pen - Meet on Wednesdays  - 2:55-3:45pm  in Room 117

Yearbook Club  -  Meet - 2:45-3:35 in Room 100

Equestrian Club  -  Meet every other Wednesday (starting 2/7) from 2:45-3:50 in the back of the media center    Do you love horses?  Would you like to get together with other students that like horses and learn more about them?  Contact Mrs. Daus or Dot Daus with any questions.
